Job Description

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Quality you will work within the broader science teams liaising with your internal stakeholders on a daily basis. You will be on-site in the office each day ensuring quality improvement activities are directed toward continuous quality improvement. Your duties will include:

  • Maintain and create an effective and compliant Quality Management system in accordance with all applicable local regulatory / International standards.
  • Supervise and champion the quality assurance processes and strategy, driving quality improvement across the business including cost saving opportunities.
  • Provide summary information concerning Quality performance measures resulting in Cost of Quality to be analysed and turned into actionable data
  • Coordinate activities required for customer and product compliance including; internal auditing, preventative & corrective action systems, ensuring completion and maintenance of Quality records and documentation
  • Maintain quality specifications and statistics and set inspection and testing standards
  • Investigate, develop and implement action plans to reduce non-conformance frequency and impact
  • Maintain key quality metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist the Head of Quality in day-to-day operations.
